Personal Session
Class Description
Poor posture? Bothersome body parts? Personal sessions are a great opportunity for clients that are working with physical therapists, recovering from an injury or working to correct old habits. Functional fitness incorporates as many variables as possible (balance, multiple joints, multiple planes of movement), increasing the complexity of motor coordination and flexibility. 50-minute personal sessions can include a combination of dance, Pilates, and somatic techniques and a kinesthetic approach to create personalized movement phrases to increase fluidity, strength, and flexibility in the body. Personal sessions are focused on form, function and education. Small number of repetitions in each movement allow for focus on finding deeper connections in the body. Considerations for injuries or specific client needs will be included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for Personal Sessions require 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged $25. Missed time during Group Classes will be refunded or rescheduled.
